At the foot of the Spina Verde Park, on the outskirts of Como, Salvadonica transforms a former hay barn and workshop into a unified architectural space, where rural heritage and industrial identity coexist in a carefully balanced dialogue. The project unfolds through a sequence of spaces defined by authentic materials and understated surfaces. Within this composition, Grandinetti flooring incolour 86 Black Grey introduces a deep, subtle tone that reinforces the architectural character of the interiors, connecting the building’s original featureswith its contemporary additions. An architectural approach that balances past and present, where material choices express authenticity, continuity and contemporary sensibility.
