Casa Livenza
At Casa Livenza, the floor does not simply complement the project—it defines it. A Carlo Scarpa-inspired mosaic, composed of White Thassos marble inserts set within a vibrant 107 Light Green terrazzo background, flows throughout the interiors as a continuous graphic element, becoming the home’s defining feature. The composition interacts with an architecture of clean white surfaces, carefully crafted details, and restrained volumes, introducing a material and chromatic richness that energises the space without overwhelming it. Natural light enhances the dialogue between the luminous white marble and the depth of the green background, creating a vibrant surface that changes throughout the day. Balancing references to the Italian mosaic tradition with a contemporary sensibility, the flooring becomes the meeting point between past and present—a bold decorative statement within a refined, minimalist, and deeply livable home.
